Lady was our first rescue dog she was approximately nine months old. She apparently had been abused since she would shy away at the sight of a broom or even a dog brush. Through obedience training, love, and patience she became a confidant and well adjusted dog. She is now going on twelve years old and as playful as ever. She gets along well and loves to play with other dogs and people.
Tipper now turning seven years old joined our family two years ago. Tipper was food motivated trained, loves people, but was never dog socialized. Tipper displayed a dominant dog aggression issue. Through respect based training and off leash training we have been able to control Tippers dog aggression issues. Tipper is no longer food motivated and he is no longer dog aggressive.
We adopted Harlie in October 2004, who is now eight months old. Harlie exhibited the classic case of fear aggression. She would bark, growl, and snap at anyone she did not know that came too close. With benevolent leadership and respect based training Harlie has gained increasing confidence and she can visit Petsmart without any issues.
Savannah now six months old we have had since she was eight weeks old. Through puppy imprinting to respect based obedience training Savannah is a confident and happy puppy. She is excelling with her basic obedience, and she loves people and other dogs. She is always excited to meet someone new and she has no problems going anywhere.
Jeremiah was not the typical Dalmatian he was exceptional. Through puppy imprinting to basic obedience he was good-natured and well mannered. He loved people and enjoyed meeting other dogs. He was off leashed trained and a great companion. Unfortunately, Jeremiah passed away from a massive heart attack back in June 2004. Jeremiah two years eight months prior had been diagnosed with DCM due to a lamb & rice diet, which lacked the amino acid taurine. Jeremiah was two weeks short of reaching his eleventh birthday.
